The WiFi service is notoriously unreliable, with poor connectivity even in common areas. The breakfast options are limited, structured around a set menu that lacks flexibility. the pool area feels overly cluttered with decorations, detracting from any relaxing vibes. Outdoor lighting around the rooms stays on all night, making it hard to sleep. Lots of prohibition signs make the place feel less welcoming.

The staff, from the room attendants to the dining staff, were always cheerful and went out of their way to help.

During my stay, I found the breakfast buffet less appealing than I had remembered from previous visits. the pool area lacked sufficient shading, especially over the kiddie section, making it uncomfortable at times for my family. I also felt that service at the pool could be improved, as it seemed hard to get attention when we needed refreshments.

Febri's Hotel & Spa is just ok, although I can't believe I had to share the limited pool umbrellas with elderly guests, which is simply unacceptable. And the breakfast was mass-cooked nonsense. I expected a welcome upgrade or at least a complimentary drink for my trouble but received nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

easy access to attractions and vibrant local dining options

the hotel's location is fantastic, being just a short walk to Kuta Beach and nearby dining spots like Garis Garis and H2O Restaurant made my weekend strolls so enjoyable while providing plenty of choices for meals.

I stayed for 8 nights in a Superior King Room. The spa treatments were outstanding and super relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were decent, but I preferred when there was a buffet. a nice place for a getaway! 😊

Rooms are spacious and immaculate! ! The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout.

The fridge, while large, tended to freeze drinks, making it inconvenient at times.

Just a decent option for a quick stopover in Kuta (Bali) with fantastic value for money. The large fridge in the room was really handy for keeping drinks cold. If you like a quieter experience, try to avoid peak times at the pool.

the air conditioning in the room struggled a bit, but the staff were super friendly and the pool area was beautiful! the bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices!

i recently stayed at febri's hotel & spa for one night and it exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was delicious, especially the variety of options available. i loved the cleanliness of the room and the lovely towel animals that awaited us.

the pool area could use more shade.
